“Even a princess has to listen to her parents,” Ivan corrects.
Archolia Chapter 92 – The Knight
After sparring Blade Lukas, Ivan decides to spar the remaining guild members at another time. Right now he has to complete his duties. He walks over to the training yard where he is scheduled to train a new knight.
Squire Dante has shown great potential, but is young and lacks focus. Ivan’s job is to whip him into shape. “You should be firm on your feet, but your wrist should remain flexible,” Ivan orders.
Dante attempts to strike the training dummy but misses and ends up turned 180 degrees, with his back to the dummy. “Never turn your back to an opponent! It is a sure way to lose your life!” Ivan shouts.
Dante appears confused and cannot find the training dummy. Ivan is disgusted by his performance. “Whatever you are thinking about will result in your demise! Clear your mind and focus!” Ivan practically spits out his words in anger.
Dante ‘s next swing is weak and he swings as if his sword is heavy. “Perhaps you need a sword more fitting for a small girl!”
Again, Dante’s swing results in his back being turned away from the dummy.
Ivan cannot take it. “You and this dummy have a date for the next three hours. Come and seek me out when you learn to swing and stand at the same time,” Ivan directs before walking away.
When Ivan arrives at the castle, he finds Chalyela and the princess in their chambers.
Ivan gives Chalyela a much needed break and spends time with his pretty young daughter.
Exhausted from all of the sparring and training, Ivan goes to bed and Chalyela takes over baby duty once again.
Princess Adela soon ages up into an inquisitive little girl. (Note: There’s no toddler stage in the Sims Medieval)
Ivan spends a few moments with his daughter before starting his duties for the day.
“Now listen up Adela, I want you to stay away from the forest and the mining caves near the cemetery. Those areas of the kingdom are not safe,” Ivan directs.
“Aye daddy, but I thought a princess could do what she wants!”
“Even a princess has to listen to her parents,” Ivan corrects.
Ivan cannot help but smile as Adela walks away in the same proud graceful stride of her mother.
