Trent is excited about his first day of school!
Mitzi: It looks like you’re all ready for your first day of school!
Trent: Yep! But you know what else?
Mitzi: What?
Trent: I’m also a little scared…
Mitzi turns toward Trent…
Mitzi: Why are you scared? You already have a friend, right?
Trent: I’m not scared about that part… I’m scared that I won’t know enough.
Mitzi: You don’t have to know everything. That’s why you go to school… to learn the things you don’t know.
Trent: Oh… okay!
Ray doesn’t pass up the opportunity to tease Trent a little before he leaves for school.
Raymond: No bringing home any girlfriends today, okay!
Trent: *head in hand* I’m only five dad! I don’t have a girlfriend!
For some strange reason, Trent changes clothes before leaving for school. (Where’s the master controller mod when you need it?! =/)
Raymond: How about we take advantage of the fact that Trent is at school and we have the house to ourselves…
Mitzi: What do you have in mind?
Mitzi: Oh! I see…
Afterward…
Mitzi is scheduled to perform at the Top Notch Comedy club, but when she goes to take a shower… she sees another broken pipe and a big mess. She calls for help…
… and help soon arrives! (This mod is a lifesaver!!)
Mitzi is dressed and ready for her performance.
Mitzi meets up with Beverly at Top-Notch Comedy Club.
Beverly: Mitz… guess what! I finally got a man.
Mitzi: What? Who? Why didn’t you bring him? You know I want to meet him.
Beverly: I couldn’t just spring him on you without telling you first!
Mitzi: Why not? Is he ugly?
Beverly: Girl no!
Mitzi: Okay… just checking.
Mitzi walks into the club and begins her comedy routine. Everyone seems to be having a great time, until…
Elderly man: Whoa… I don’t feel so good!
Elderly lady: Me either!
Mitzi: My jokes ain’t that bad are they?!
Then, right there in front of Mitzi… old people started dropping like flies.
Mitzi: *staring in disbelief* Girl, I don’t….I don’t think I’ll be able to tell another joke for the rest of my life! I feel cursed.
Beverly: Don’t say that! This is just a fluke… I promise!
Mitzi: But I feel so bad!
Beverly: Yeah… me too!
Mitzi retreats to the restroom, hoping to pull herself together.
Mitzi: *into the mirror* C’mon girl… you’ll be alright!
Although Mitzi tries to convince herself… at the moment, she doesn’t feel like she’ll ever be alright again.
Mitzi can’t escape the irrational guilt that she feels. Even being alone in the celebrity dressing room doesn’t help her shake the feeling. The only thing left for her to do is to go home and hope that her family can help her get through it.
