Mitzi and Ray oversleep and totally miss seeing Gregory off for his first day of school.
Side note – the food in this game looks incredible! Mitzi enjoys an omelet and Ray makes himself a great-looking BLT sandwich.
Ray’s garden is a mess. It takes him most of the day to get it back in good shape.
The boys return home from school. Greg had a good first day and Trent’s grades are finally up!
The family is almost out of money after paying their bills, so Mitzi decides to go to work… although she’s in her 3rd trimester of pregnancy. She loves her job though, so she doesn’t mind. Her big pregnant belly actually gives her inspiration for a few pregnancy jokes.
Ray makes a sausage and shrimp Gumbo and sits down with his boys for dinner.
Raymond: So, how was your first day of school today Greg?
Gregory: It was okay.
Raymond: Just okay? Did you learn anything?
Gregory: I learned to stay away from the school bully.
Raymond: Uh…okay. I guess that’s something.
The boys start their homework and Ray finishes his meal on the couch just as Mitzi arrives home.
Mitzi is tired, but she has great news.
Mitzi: I got a promotion! I’m a full-fledged comedian now!
Raymond: Congrats babe! *kisses Mitzi on the cheek*
The boys finish their homework and everyone goes to bed…
