Reminder: This is my very first Sims 4 family, which was originally posted back in 2015. I’m in the process of moving these posts over from my Tumblr page. See more info here!

Mitzi and the kids migrate to the kitchen like zombies first thing in the morning.  It looks like the Wallace-Livingston family will need a bigger kitchen soon!

The family needs a bigger dining table too!

Mitzi:  Aww… my babies are getting so big!  My youngest starts school for the first time today and my oldest is going to high school!

Once again Greg is feeling the effects of being the middle child.

Ray is starting to build his baking skills.  His first creation – bread sticks.

Raymond:  Hey son… try one of these for me.

Trent:  Nah dad… I’m good.

Kisha, Greg and Trent leave for school.  Greg is feeling sad that his big brother is now in high school… leaving him behind in elementary.

As soon as the kids leave for school, Mitzi calls Beverly up and the two of them head to Magnolia Promenade for some shopping.

Beverly:  Check this one out… this would be cute on you!  You should try it on.

Mitzi:  Seriously?  It looks like a grandma’s workout clothes.  I want to wear something sexy when I go on my jogs!

Beverly runs into her husband Anthony and Mitzi walks over to a different workout outfit.

Mitzi:  *to herself*  Now this is what I’m talking about!  I’ll try this one on.

Mitzi tries on the same outfit that the mannequin is wearing.

Mitzi:  On second thought… this one might be showing off way too much of my womanly curves.

Mitzi goes back to the first outfit.  Suddenly it doesn’t seem so homely.

Mitzi:  *to herself*  I actually like this.

At first Mitzi is slightly annoyed that Beverly’s husband showed up when they were supposed to be having a girl’s shopping day out, but she understands.  She says her goodbyes before leaving to check out another store.

Mitzi goes into another store and tries on a few more outfits, but leaves when she discovers that it’s just not as much fun to shop alone.

Mitzi going home on the steamboat…

Raymond:  So how much did you spend on your little shopping expedition?

Mitzi:  Nothing… not a penny!
