Here’s a preview of Wade, Maia, and Tambara’s new home in San Sequoia. And it’s available for download in the Sims 4 gallery!

Two fully furnished, San Francisco-style homes can be turned into Residential Rentals. Features garages, separate backyards, multiple bedrooms, and office space. No CC, turn on bb.moveobjects cheat.

Note: I grew up in the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area and wanted to create houses more authentic to those my family lived in. These were inspired by actual Bay Area home plans.

Hello, I’m Diego2Memphis (or LV), she/her, a 40 something-year-old homeschool mom of two beautiful children. I wanted to take a moment to say hello and thank you for checking out my blog. I started playing the Sims in 2001, beginning with the Sims 1. In the past, I ran up to 5 different sim blogs (including a simblr with approximately 15,000 posts), but I've decided to consolidate my work into this one blog (I’ve put a lot of time, blood, sweat, and tears into this simming hobby). I am a gameplay legacy writer, a storyteller and I also dabble in building when needed for my stories. I'll be sharing all of that here now. I like to keep things pretty tame in my stories.
