I find out that Lia and Stef are expecting when I finally reenter the house and sit at the table.

Jalisa: You definitely should have a baby shower. It’s the best way to get everything you need for the baby.

Jamelia: I don’t know, mom. I don’t want to bring that kind of attention to myself.

Kai: Baby shower? Wait, so you and Stef -?

Jamelia: Yeah, we’re having a baby.

Kai: Wow! Congrats – that’s incredible news.

Jamelia: Well, that’s still to be determined.

Jalisa: Lia! You have to stop saying stuff like that. My grandchild can hear you!

Lia gets up from the table and announces that it’s time for her to leave.

Jamelia: Thanks for dinner. I’ll see you all soon.

Jalisa: Keep us updated on news of this baby, Lia. Please don’t leave us hanging.

Jamelia: I won’t, mom. I promise.

Lia says goodbyes to her youngest nephews, thinking about how they’ll soon have another cousin to play with, before heading out the door.

Dray and Leslie are back inside, but Dray is still carrying some of that outside energy with him.

Drake: Let’s play hand slap tag.

Leslie: How do you play that?

Drake: Hold your hands out like this, and I’ll try to slap them as hard as I can. If I miss, then it’s your turn.

Leslie: But I don’t want to do that.

Drake: C’mon, it’ll be fun!

Luckily Me-Me overhears and interrupts before the game can get started.

Melisa: Absolutely not, Dray. You boys go upstairs and get ready for bed.

Drake: Okay, ma. *quietly to Leslie* We can play upstairs.

Melisa: Dray, I said no!

Drake: *disappointed* Awww

Dray stomps up the stairs, with Leslie following close behind.

Mase takes Belle for a walk shortly after sending Perla a message on Social Bunny. Since joining the platform, he never really took the time to reach out to her. Based on what his dad said earlier, just because she went to the prom with Dub doesn’t mean she can’t be Mase’s friend too. His message is well received, confirming what his dad said. Perla still considers him a good friend.

Dub is also thinking about Perla. He had a lot of fun hanging out with her at the prom. Dub wonders if she’d be open to going other places with him – like maybe a movie date. He figures there’s only one way to find out, so he sends her a DM on social bunny.

Dray stops at the bathroom upstairs before changing into his pajamas and getting ready for bed. He has to pee so badly that he forgets about the prank he set up earlier for Leslie or Mase. After he flushes the toilet, a fountain of water shoots out onto the floor.

Panicked, Dray desperately tries to do anything he can to stop the water from gushing out. Maybe it’ll stop if he stuffs the toilet with toilet paper! Unfortunately, while making the issue worse, his clothes get soaked from the nasty toilet water. Disgusted, he washes his hands, knowing he has to tell one of his parents about the broken toilet.

Dray tries to act casual as he goes into his parent’s bedroom, hoping to find one of them in a good mood. He’s relieved to run into his ma. Dray knows she’ll be way more understanding than his dad, who warned him about playing too many pranks today. He hurries over to hug her because she’ll like that.

Drake: Mommy!

Me-Me squeezes Dray tight, happy to see him, but suddenly pulls back from him.

Melisa: Wait, why are you all wet?

Drake: Well, there was a little accident.

Melisa: *suspicious* What kind of accident?

Drake: *continues* You see, I forgot that I pranked the toilet this morning, and –

Me-Me doesn’t want to hear anymore. She can already guess what’s happened.

Melisa: Oh, Watcher! So there’s water all over the floor?

Drake: Yes, and I think the toilet is broken. *hesitates* Am I in trouble?

Melisa: Boy… *deep sigh* go to bed, please.

Drake: Yes, mommy.

Dray hurries to escape his mother’s sight while Me-Me inspects the damage in the bathroom. As she could have guessed, the mess is worse than Dray described. There’s water gushing out, and the bowl is stuffed with toilet paper. Me-Me almost doesn’t even know where to begin cleaning. She can understand why Lia doesn’t want kids in moments like this.
