Here’s another build I was able to transform into a rental, thanks to EA. This building includes four townhomes, each with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Three townhomes are fully furnished. The last one includes bathroom and kitchen counters and fixtures. Includes washer & dryer, small community playground, and attached mini “backyards” with gardens for each townhome.

Hello, I’m Diego2Memphis (or LV), she/her, a 40 something-year-old homeschool mom of two beautiful children. I wanted to take a moment to say hello and thank you for checking out my blog. I started playing the Sims in 2001, beginning with the Sims 1. In the past, I ran up to 5 different sim blogs (including a simblr with approximately 15,000 posts), but I've decided to consolidate my work into this one blog (I’ve put a lot of time, blood, sweat, and tears into this simming hobby).
