Hey there! I’m Jalisa, and I wanted to start this thing off by showing you where I’ll be spending most of my time. This is not only my “home base” throughout this challenge, but it’ll also be where me and whoever I end up with will be living after this thing is over. It’s our prize for agreeing to such a crazy challenge. Anyway…come with me, and I’ll show you around.
So, this is the entryway. It’s just glamorous enough to say…”prepare to be impressed!” Now, the guys won’t be living here with me because of the whole costume thing. It’s not possible to be in costumes 24/7, so we all need a place to unwind and “de-costume” at the end of the day. I’m thrilled about that. Let me show you the media room…
Yep, I have my own little movie theater in here…complete with a fridge and a popcorn machine. It’s not the biggest in the world, but I kinda love it. Let’s go to the backyard, and I’ll tell you more…
Okay, so this might easily be my favorite part of the house. It’ll be gorgeous once the weather warms up and everything turns greens again. So, there are currently 9 guys involved in this thing, which means there will have to be a double elimination after the first dates. Once we’re down to 7, they’ll move into the twin townhome next door. From what I hear, it’s not as nicely decorated as this one, though. Let me show you the rest…
On this floor, we have the living room, dining room, and kitchen. I now realize that I lied…this area is my favorite part of the house. For now anyway…because there’s more to see. Follow me!
The dining room, as you can see, has plenty of space to host several people. I hope to be spending a lot of time here because I’m a self-proclaimed foodie. I love to eat good food…and I dabble in cooking so maybe the kitchen will get some use. Come on…there’s more to see! Can you believe this place has three floors? We’re heading up to the top of the castle…
I’m pretty ambitious…I’ve been told that all my life, so I know this office space will get a lot of use. Failure is not an option…I’m going straight to the top. The bedroom is right through this door…just wait until you see it!
What do they say on TV? This is where the magic happens? Well, there’s no magic now, but that’s the whole purpose of this challenge, right? *slight chuckle*
This bedroom is way too glamorous to be spending much time in it alone…and I don’t plan to. I have exactly 28 dates to find love. *thinks out loud* Twenty-eight…wow, that’s not a lot.
This is the master bathroom and where the tour ends. This costume is about to come off…it’s way too hot in here. But, one last thought…this is by far the craziest thing I’ve ever done. I mean…everyone thinks I’m out of my mind. Maybe I am, because who knows who the heck I’ll end up with. Is it possible to fall in love with someone you have never seen? I guess we’re about to find out together. Ugh…my future is in your hands! Anyway, it’s almost time to meet the guys…
